The only front mount intercooler available that requires no cutting or drilling. The half size front mount intercooler kit for the S1 Turbo has been designed to work with your standard fan assembly or you can upgrade to an 11" Italian fan. It is half the size of the front mount S1 intercooler but it has been made with a 60mm core instead of the 50mm core that is used on the full front mount intercooler.

You can still fit grill and spot lights No drilling required, comes with adjustable side brackets which bolt onto the side of the intercooler then bolt onto back of front bumper using existing studs on bumper. Fitting - depending on tools and mechanical skill about 3-4 hours. Comes with full fitting kit and instructions. Only very minor cutting required.

Features a 60mm core, reverse charge carrier due to re-designed intercooler, custom made boost hoses that link the charge carrier to the intercooler and the bottom hose to link the intercooler to the turbo, a new longer top water hose has been made due to the radiator being moved to the right. A pair of Italian slim line fans help cool everything down. Fitting should take about 3 to 4 hours.

Polished finish. Cools down super heated water before returning it to the radiator. Can also help prevent boost related temperature spikes. Kit includes turbo cooler 2 meters of silicon hose 4 stainless jubilee clips & all bolts and fixings. Easy to fit, takes about 25 minutes to fit. Will fit with most aftermarket intercoolers. No drilling required. Cannot be fitted with standard intercooler as it bolts into the place of the original intercooler.
