The 2 pce X brace connects the rear anti-roll bar mounts to the rear swing arm mounting points, making the rear sub-frame stiffer and more rigid, this will mean suspension adjustments wont be lost though un-wanted rear sub-frame moment/twisting when hard cornering.

Due to lack of space we had to rule out a fully enclosed Air box for the time being so the next best option was a open filter. We started with a tightly bent mandrel 90 degree alloy pipe, then cnc'd the Air flow sensor boss and welded the boss and securing bracket to the Alloy pipe, once in position we were straight on the phone the k&n technical department to find the perfect filter, once the filter had been chosen a pre-charger cover was also installed, the pre-charger covers are water resistant but still gives maximum gains. The charger cover is only pre-cautionary measure as our filter sits very high in the engine bay. On test we have seen up to 188bhp and standard cars producing their production figures of around180bhp, 5+bhp gains should be possible and higher gains on re-mapped cars
AutoSpecialists has moved into the Performance upgrade market but never forgotten where we came from and still develop new under bonnet detailing, its harder than it used to be, as most of the engine bay is covered in cheap black plastic covers. To give the Fiesta's engine bay that AS touch we first removed the engine cover and had it painted in gloss black and frozen white and finished the engine cover with a custom badge made by DMB graphics.
Ford then made our life slightly easier than normal as most of the Mk7/7.5 engine bay detailing parts we already made fitted directly on! such as Header tank cover + cap cover, brake reservoir cap cover, fuse box cover and finally washer stopper. In development we have battery cover and under bonnet plates.
