PLEASE NOTE: If your Transit uses AdBlue, it is Euro 6. If it does NOT use AdBlue, it is Euro 5. 

Replace the very restrictive standard OEM intercooler with an AIRTEC Motorsport high-flow, 90mm-core intercooler.

Fitment:
Fits all Euro 5 FWD and RWD Transit, Transit Custom and M-Sport Transit Custom models with the following engines/years:

• 2.0 Duratorq TDDi – 2000-2002
• 2.0 Duratorq TDCi – 2002-2006
• 2.2 Duratorq TDCi – 2006-2016
• 2.4 Duratorq TDCi – 2006-2016

Please note: Some vehicles fitted with plastic intercooler end tanks may require some minor drilling to allow the intercooler to fit, as two of the mounting holes will need elongating. 

Intercooler comes with sensor ports on both sides, with blanks included!
